Lisa

Lisa has been passionate about health and fitness for over three decades, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a genuine care for her clients. With her unique blend of Sport and Chiropractic Science (Bachelor and Master’s degrees), she combines evidence-based training with a practical, results-driven approach that helps clients achieve lasting change. She specialises in rehabilitation-focused training, guiding people through recovery from back pain, supporting pelvic floor strength, and helping clients stay active through all stages of life.

Lisa has a particular passion for working with pre- and post-menopausal women, empowering them to improve strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies. Known for her supportive and encouraging style, Lisa’s mission is simple: to help people move well, feel strong, and enjoy life without pain.

Natasha

Natasha is a remedial massage therapist with a Diploma in Remedial Massage, specialising in sports treatment and recovery. With her own background in competitive sport, she understands the importance of active rest, injury prevention, and performance support. She has worked with elite teams including Cricket NSW, multiple NRL squads, and the French national team at the NRL 9s. Her approach combines hands-on treatment with techniques such as kinesiology taping, muscle scraping, cupping, and Pilates.

She also holds a certificate in Understanding Multiple Sclerosis, broadening her scope of care. Passionate about helping people move and feel their best, Natasha tailors every session to support recovery, improve function, and enhance long-term well being.

Mauricio

Mauricio is a Chilean physiotherapist and massage therapist based in Australia. His greatest motivation is helping people feel better in their own bodies and seeing them regain confidence, whether it’s leaving behind pain that once limited their daily lives or achieving goals they once thought impossible. He has extensive experience treating lower back pain, tendinopathies (Achilles, patellar, and rotator cuff), plantar fasciitis, and mobility restrictions.

His approach is always personalised, listening to each person’s needs and tailoring techniques to achieve the best outcomes. Passionate about continuous learning and improvement, Mauricio combines up-to-date knowledge with a warm, supportive manner, aiming not only to relieve pain but also to enhance his clients’ long-term quality of life.

Nico is a Chilean musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist with over nine years of experience in rehabilitation and athletic performance, specialising in bridging therapy, strength and conditioning, and holistic wellness to guide clients safely through both recovery and performance goals. With a calm, attentive and empowering approach, he helps people feel stronger, move with freedom and reconnect with their bodies. His background in private rehabilitation, combined with his Certificate III in Fitness, positions him at the intersection of therapy and coaching, where science, movement and human connection converge.

Working with both athletes and everyday individuals, Nico designs personalised programs that build strength, restore mobility and prevent injury, integrating advanced tools from his EXOS, FMS and SFMA certifications into practical, results-driven coaching. Each session is tailored, educational and motivating, blending hands-on knowledge, evidence-based practice and genuine care. His mission is simple: to create meaningful, sustainable change, helping people feel capable, resilient and proud of what their bodies can achieve

She holds a Master’s degree in Manual Therapy and is a certified Pilates instructor, combining hands-on treatment techniques with therapeutic massage to improve mobility, reduce stiffness and support overall wellbeing.
